Refund Policy
We understand that people do change their mind and acknowledge that there’s nothing wrong with that. We deal with small businesses and know that cost management and making informed decisions in small businesses is important.
We provide full refund where an order has been placed with us but no services have been rendered.
Partial refund is available where some of the services have been rendered or relevant actions taken to carry out the particular service. In such case, we will refund you the balance after deducting for the partial service. We will not penalise you by deducting a cancellation fee.
No refund is available if we have rendered our service in full.
Delivery Policy
We will provide free delivery to any physical address in New Zealand with Courier Post when you purchase the full company package.
Courier Post is a well-trusted courier company and provides customers to track the progress of their freight through their online tracking system.
